In the most traumatic time of my life, after the loss of my firstborn son, I was blessed to have Adora come into my life. Adora and I had been friends for quite a while, and I went to her and I just broke down. What do I do now? What do I do next? Who am I? What is going on? I literally felt like I had no purpose on this planet after this. I first came to Adora because a friend of mine recommended that I speak with her because I was dealing with grief and trying to access that in different ways. Adora came into my life when I was dealing with a gnarly flare-up of an old sciatic injury. It was extremely painful. I had to actually go to the ER at one point because I couldn’t walk, stand, sit, lie down, hardly do anything. I found Adora in a time of my life where I was looking to expand professionally and internally within myself.

I came to work with Adora after observing her work with other people, not in her working with them one-on-one, but in the results of what I had seen in their lives. Adora has a way of finding a gift in every single moment in life, even when it’s the most difficult time in your life. I just can’t even say enough about how amazing she is. Adora helped me heal my self-esteem. I wasn’t sure what Adora was going to be able to provide. Sitting with her was quite an experience. Definitely a foreign process for me that required me to just suspend judgment and suspend the mind and just be with her, which is not difficult. As soon as Adora showed up on the screen in front of me for our call, I just felt comfortable.

From there, I started a daily routine to joint protocols of the Rest and Relax and At Ease formulas, and engaging all five senses every morning for about four months. Now that I’ve had the opportunity to work with these oils and with my body and the five senses, I can’t imagine not having had this in my life before. Adora’s oils and her teachings is magical, is sacred, it’s transformative, and it’s so liberating. What Adora gave me that no therapist or other healing practitioner was able to, an experience at the cellular level. No head, no mind. Yes, there were emotions, but it wasn’t about that. It was about something deeper. I think it’s a really rare thing to have somebody who can give you access to that in yourself.

Adora has a way of shepherding a person through their grief. It’s almost like the grief is a portal into you finding yourself in your deepest self-love, and that’s what she has done for me, is supported me in my self-care and self-love and being able to see that grief is a master teacher. And through this process, I have grown to know myself and love myself more than any other time in my life. Adora is what I like to call a divine alchemist. She has found a way to synthesize what Earth has for beautiful fragrances and healing into a healing process for all of us. And I am so grateful to Adora for coming into my life. It’s really transformed my whole experience.
