At the threshold of caregiving, grief, and healing, presence is asked of us again and again. What allows us to truly hold space there? Coherence is the first doorway, and it is one we practice together here at Emberlight, rooted in our values of Curiosity and Loving Presence.
We invite you into Grounded Presence: Coherence, Capacity, and Conscious Service, an immersive workshop guided by Adora Winquist. Created especially for death doulas, healers, and conscious practitioners, this two hour gathering is not about doing more. It is an invitation to become more anchored, more present, and more available to life.
Together we will explore vibrational medicine, aromatics, and multisensory engagement, discovering how coherence builds capacity, regulates the nervous system, and opens the way to deeper embodied consciousness. You will leave with a felt experience of coherence, simple practices for grounding before you enter healing or end of life spaces, and a renewed steadiness in your presence as a healer and as a human.
